Lirico spinto soprano Sarah Fletcher is a powerhouse performer and driving force in the Pacific Northwest arts scene. A board member for Puget Sound Concert Opera and Opera On Tap, as well as a veteran of the Seattle Opera Chorus, she blends high-caliber vocal versatility with active arts leadership. Her recent endeavors include producing and starring in the premiere opera performance La Callas at Art Love Salon and singing at their opening gala. Currently, Fletcher is on stage as Waltraute (and covering Sieglinde) in Tacoma Opera’s monumental Die Walküre, before taking on the fiery title role of Abigaille in Nabucco with Puget Sound Concert Opera this November. She is thrilled to bring her voice to the Occidental Fine Arts Center for Seattle Arts and Culture Week on September 23rd (4:00 PM- 6:00 PM at 311 Occidental Ave S).
